West Blockton’s Briggs Glass came out on top in CM Gridiron’s Defensive Player of the Week fan voting for week 6 of the Alabama high school football season. Glass accounted for 10 tackles, recovered a fumble and broke up a pass in the Tigers 57-0 road victory over the Holt Ironmen. The standout defender claimed 64.43% (193,031 total votes) in this week’s interactive poll.
