Offensive Player of the Week | Round 1 | Joe Aldridge

Marion County’s Joe Aldridge came out on top in CM Gridiron’s Offensive Player of the Week interactive fan poll for round 1 of the Alabama high school football postseason. The standout signal caller completed 20-of-29 passes for 404 yards and six touchdowns through the air while carrying the ball seven times for 19 yards and a score on the ground leading the Red Raiders to a 59-22 playoff victory over the Ragland Purple Devils. Aldridge claimed 22,143 votes (47.06%) in this week’s interactive voting.

Caden Burnett | Falkville- 14 for 21 for 225 yards and 3 touchdowns; 12 carries for 98 yards

Jaxon Colvin | Geraldine- 113 yards passing and 51 yards rushing for 2 touchdowns

KJ Fields | Bob Jones- 9 receptions for 92 yards

Andrew Hunter | Randolph- 18 for 19 for 357 yards and 4 touchdowns in the air; 8 carries for 76 yards and 1 touchdown on the ground

Tyler Pierce | Boaz- 26 for 40 for 244 yards

Jordan Smith | Ariton- 13 carries for 200 yards and 5 touchdowns

Ty’Jarian Williams | Aliceville- 15 for 19 for 263 yards and 4 touchdowns
