3A Geraldine Bulldogs (9-3) vs 3A Sylvania Rams (9-3)
CM Gridiron will be heading to Ram Stadium this Friday night for the quarter-final matchup between Coach Davis’ Geraldine Bulldogs and Coach Vann’s Sylvania Rams. Both teams are coming off of huge wins. The Geraldine Bulldogs knocked off #1 ranked Mars Hill Bible in a close, hard-hitting battle, while Sylvania won in a high-scoring overtime thriller over a power Madison Academy team. This sets up a Dekalb county rival rematch. Earlier in the season, Sylvania came out on top over Geraldine with a 41-24 win. Both teams seem to be playing their best ball right now. This should set up for one great Friday night high school state playoff football game. Ram Stadium should be packed out and wild as both of these fanbases show up to watch their teams battle it out for a spot in the 3A semi-finals.
