Geraldine head football coach Michael Davis and Sylvania’s Tyler Vann claimed the top two spots in the 2022 CM Gridiron Coach of the Year interactive poll. Davis and Vann will advance to compete against the top two coaches in the Round 1, Group B fan poll that will take place from January 15th to January 20th. The top four coaches will face off in the final round beginning January 22nd.
Davis paced the field of standout head coaches claiming 126,103 votes (45.17%) followed by Vann who pulled in 101, 839 (36.48%) out of a total 279,787 votes cast.
Rounding out the Round 1, Group A field were:
Clint Chase | Tabernacle Christian (44,828 | 16.06%)
Mark O’Bryant | Coosa Christian (3,394 | 1.22%)
Grady Griffin | Aliceville (2,542 | 0.91%)
Lee Ozmint | Arab (211 | 0.08%)

Phil Phillips | Oneonta (94 | 0.03%)

I like your list of coaches but Gentrell Eatman should had been on that list. Yes all those coaches are good but they had players but Eatman work with the guys that stayed at Woodlawn.
