Who will be CM Gridiron’s Offensive Player of the Year? There will be two Round 1 polls (Group A and Group B) with the Top 2 from each poll competing in the final round. The two groups of players will be divided from last fall’s weekly winners: Week 0 – Round 2 of the Playoffs. The top Two Players from the Group A poll are Cherokee County’s Jacob Cornejo and Marion County’s Cade Atkins. The Group B poll will begin on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at 7 pm and run through Friday, March 17, 2023, at 3 pm. The Top 2 players from each of those polls will compete in the final round beginning Sunday, March 19, 2023, at 7 pm and ending on Friday, March 24, 2023, at 3 pm.

You guys are only covering one area or two. Not the entire body of work from the state so this is not fair to other players in the state

Everyone in the state of AL had the opportunity to nominate players after each week’s games. We had nominations from all over the state. If you look at the list of winners, they are from all over the state. I am not sure if you were ever someone that nominated a player, but the opportunity was definitely there. We hope to have more and more participation throughout the state in the future, but we feel that all of the state was pretty well represented this first year. If you go back and look at each week’s poll, I think you will see that there were nominees from all parts of AL. We can not control the voting participation.
