Standout running back Frederick Goodgame closed out his prep career with a six touchdown performance to help the Tabernacle Christian Torches secure their third CFA state football championship. Goodgame finished the 2011 title game with 206 yards rushing on 23 carries to lead the Torches to a 52-22 victory over the North River Christian Chargers.
During this career at Tabernacle, Goodgame racked up 4,539 yards on the ground and 75 touchdowns while averaging 8.9 yards per carry.
