CM Gridiron’s Team of the Week | Week 10 | Winston County Yellow Jackets

The Winston County Yellow Jackets earned top honors in the CM Gridiron Team of the Week fan-driven, interactive poll for Week 10 of the Alabama High School Football season.

Head coach Caleb Simmons’ squad secured an impressive 5,511 votes, capturing 47.89% of the total votes cast in the highly competitive, fan-driven poll. The victory highlights the unwavering support from their community and reinforces the team’s outstanding performance this season.

The Yellow Jackets’ win in the poll follows closely on their achievement of a flawless 10-0 regular season. They clinched home field advantage for the first round of the playoffs with a commanding 49-6 victory over the Falkville Blue Devils in front of their home crowd at Malcolm Blake Stadium.

Fairview | Aggies- The Aggies had a big win over Good Hope defeating them by a score of 48-21.

Jacksonville | Golden Eagles- The Jacksonville Golden Eagles won over the Anniston Bulldogs defeating them by the final score of 28-24.

Russell County | Warriors- Russell County came out on top over the Beauregard Hornets winning 35-23.

Sand Rock | Wildcats- Sand Rock had a huge win over Whitesburg Christian defeating them 27-24.

Scottsboro | Wildcats- Scottsboro came out with a victory in a close game against the Mars Hill Bible Panthers winning by a score of 22-21.

Southeastern | Mustangs- Southeastern had a big win over Oakman winning 19-7.

Sylvania | Rams- In a huge rivalry matchup, the Sylvania Rams came out victorious knocking off the previously undefeated Pisgah Eagles 24-22.

Westbrook Christian | Warriors- Westbrook had a huge win over Walter Wellborn defeating them 47-24.

Winston County | Yellowjackets- The Winston County Yellowjackets finalized their perfect regular season by defeating Falkville 49-6.
