At CM Gridiron we offer our interactive, fan driven polls for the enjoyment of high school football fans and to recognize athletes, teams and coaches outstanding performances on the field. While voting in all of our polls is unlimited, all votes must be placed individually by manually visiting cmgridiron.com and personally voting for your selected individual or team. Any and all automatic, or computer generated voting is offlimits and will result in individuals being blocked from current or future polls. At CM Gridiron that is the last thing that we want to happen.
Use of any device to automate a vote is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to software or computer generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated votes. CM Gridiron reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or team (and remove votes) it suspects or finds to have used any of the above methods to effect the voting process or is acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner in order to tamper with the voting process.
If, for any reason, any aspect of this voting process is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical or system failures, disruption, or any other causes beyond the control of CM Gridiron which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the voting process or for any reason CM Gridiron deems it necessary, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify the voting process.
